wait what? OU is 2008 national champions? now i have no idea what i was doing on the night of january 8th when me and every student at UF were running a muk on the streets after the game
I have a picture from the 2004 Sugar Bowl BCS Championship when all the shops had samples of the Natl Champs T-shirts they would have on sale after the game. Obviously the Sooner T’s were returned to the makers and the Tiger’s sold out over the next few days.

As an OU fan, I was disappointed,but proud of how OU played a good game against UF, considering we didn’t have 3 of our best players playing in the game due 2 injury-D. Murray, Reynolds,& D. Grainger. UF played a great game too, & I don’t mind losing 2 Tebow, who really does alot of great things 4 Christ. However, OU still gets higher praise than UF, Texas,USC,LSU,and most others in the high character & morals instilled here. Championships come & go,but God’s Word will never go away.GO SOONERS!

They talked about how OU fans never think that they lose. That the refs stole it from them.
That they cry a lot.
I was willing to write that off as just a rival talking. However, lo and behold it was true.
I never…in my life…heard one fanbase cry about being disrespected by the media before the game. I’m not talking about a few OU fans either. Almost all that I’ve encountered……
